Our Team

Founder of Coway Marine Services, Wilson brings with him over 15 years of shipyard experience. Having last held the position of Marketing Manager in Keppel Shipyard Group Singapore, Wilson understands the immense pressure and challenges both shipyards and clients faces during ship repair, dry docking and conversion period. With a firm belief that good communication is the key to problem solving, Wilson takes pride in solving issues clients face in their course of yard selection and project execution with them. To him, the greatest achievement is when clients place their trust in him and his team.

Raymond commenced his career in the marine industry in Hitachi Zosen in 1993. Coupled with vast experiences in sales & marketing, Raymond joined Coway Marine in 2011. Raymond connects well with people. He listens and communicates effectively with the client and shipyard to tackle issues they encounter throughout the course of project bidding and execution.

FJ joined the Coway Marine team in 2019. After her graduation from National University of Singapore, FJ started her career in Keppel Shipyard where she learnt about marketing in the shiprepair sector. An energetic and cheery individual, FJ connects well with clients and and shipyards.

Irene joined Coway Marine in 2017 to develop the Offshore Oil & Gas business in the company. Having prior shipyard experiences and 13 years with Upstream, a renowned International Oil & Gas publication, Irene brings with her a strong network and understanding of the oil & gas sector for offshore repairs, conversion and newbuild. With the market know-how and resourcefulness, Irene also supports clients actively on their S&P and chartering needs.
